PDI OFFICER WAREGEM ALTITOP

Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure that our machines are perfectly up to date and ready to rent, both visually and functionally. Thanks to the technical team, our sales staff can offer quality machines to our customers.

 

Your main tasks as a PDI Officer:

  • On the basis of a schedule predetermined by the workshop manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
    • preparing new machines for hire: addition of stickers, installing of trackunits (and cabling)
    • high-pressure cleaning of machines, refilling fuel, charging batteries, etc.
    • test the equipment using a general checklist + identify problems
    • carry out minor repairs (replace switches, joysticks, emergency stops)
  • Keeping the workshop and courtyard clean
  • Reporting to the workshop manager

Your profile

What we expect from you:

  • You enjoy exercise and working outdoors (in different weather conditions). You need to be in good physical condition, with no physical limitations, to be able to do the job without any problems.
  • You can combine the emphasis on quality and safety with speed and deadlines.
  • You are serviceminded and strive to present each machine for sale in perfect condition.

Our offer

What you can expect from us:

  • We will gladly discuss the salary personally. You can anticipate the following benefits: meal vouchers of 8 euros per day worked, eco vouchers of 250 euros per year, and hospitalisation insurance with the possibility of including your family.
  • From Monday to Thursday, you will work a fixed schedule from 08.00-12.00 and 13.00-17.15. On Fridays, the working day ends as early as 15.00. Additional paid breaks at 10.00 and 15.00 (10 minutes each).
  • You will work a 39-hour week, which entitles you to 6 paid compensation days in addition to 20 paid days off and ten public holidays.
  • You get the flexibility to take your accumulated compensation in separate hours. In addition, we do not impose collective leave. You can plan your days off, in consultation with colleagues and manager, according to your needs.
  • The health of our employees is important. We focus on this with a bicycle lease plan, free fruit, etc.
  • The opportunity for varied employment as a multi-skilled worker. It is possible to broaden the range of tasks according to your knowledge and interests.
  • We are committed to training you in-house. You will receive training to obtain your forklift truck and aerial work platform certificates.
