We are a young, dynamic, and successful company specializing in providing solutions in the global market for aerial work platforms. Every week, hundreds of packages and pallets containing over 450,000 different references of spare parts leave our warehouse, reaching every corner of the world.

With our expanding international customer base, we are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Key Accounts in the German market.

The sales team consists of 1 sales manager and 8 internal/external sales colleagues. Within the team, your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with our key German clients, both existing and prospective.

 

As a representative, you will spend 60% of your time on the field, and your duties will involve:

• Identifying and approaching potential B2B Key Accounts in Germany.
• Developing long-term relationships with existing clients and expanding revenue.
• Understanding market trends and conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
• Reporting sales activities, results, and market information to the Sales Manager.

 

For the remaining 40%, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring customer satisfaction and providing support for any complaints or issues via phone or email.
• Following up on visits, preparing quotations and reports.
• Thoroughly preparing for your next trip.

Our future representative possesses:

  • Excellent proficiency in the German language, enabling you to provide our customers with a smooth and professional service. Additionally, strong English language skills are important for monthly sales meetings with colleagues, training sessions, informational sessions on new parts, etc.
  • A strong commercial drive and flair that actively contributes to the further development of our client portfolio in Germany. You have experience as a representative or at least in a commercial support role (within a B2B environment), giving you insight into the commercial flow from prospecting to order. If you have gained this experience in a technical environment, it is certainly an added advantage.
  • An attentive ear that responds to the needs of customers and prospects. You think along with them and offer possible solutions.
  • Effective communication skills that are not only utilized in sales conversations but also for collaboration with the sales manager and colleagues in the back office.

  • We are committed to internally train you to become a true expert. You will gain knowledge of our internal software program, various machinery, and components, among others.
  • Regarding salary, we prefer to discuss it in person. However, you can expect the following fringe benefits: meal vouchers of 8 euros per working day, a health insurance plan with the option to include your family, as well as a company car with a fuel card (provided you have a valid driver's license).

  • From Monday to Thursday, you will have a fixed schedule from 08:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:15. On Fridays, the workday ends at 15:00, allowing for an early start to the weekend.
  • You will work 39 hours per week, which entitles you to 20 legal vacation days, 10 public holidays, and 6 additional paid leave days.
