Foundation

The groundwork for our company’s growth is laid in 1984. Our founder, Dirk Naessens, starts a one-man business in Deerlijk, Belgium. His first business is specialised in the repair and sale of industrial forklifts.

Vertimac

In 2011, a new chapter commences with the foundation of Vertimac. Dirk Naessens, with his sons Frédéric and Mathieu, and Karel Ghistelinck establish a business focused on the purchase and sale of secondhand access equipment. The years of industry expertise and combined strengths form the groundwork for the expanding family business we know today.
