QC Electromechanical Engineering

To strengthen our objectives, we are looking for a driven QC engineer who wants to sink his/her teeth into the development and monitoring of a thorough quality process.

You will be given the necessary freedom to develop this new position and shape further professionalisation of the department. To this end, you will work closely with our R&D engineer.

Company info

We specialise in providing solutions in the global aerial platform market. Every week, hundreds of packages and pallets of spare parts leave our warehouse for all corners of the world. Meanwhile, more than 450.000 unique references are already available in our online shop.

We are a young and energetic family business in full growth. This guarantees a motivating working environment and a personal approach. Moreover, our reporting lines are short, which increases commitment.

Your main responsibilities as a QC engineer?

As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for the documentation, implementation and execution of quality controls on the one hand, and you will provide technical support on the other.

Your tasks:

  • The development of a general quality plan with specific action points for the different phases.
  • The implementation of test procedures
  • Technical assessment of warranty claims
  • Analysis of (new) parts
  • Defining improvements
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers/colleagues
  • Document, manage and keep all processes up to date
  • Close cooperation and consultation with the R&D engineer

Your profile

What we expect from you:

Your degree in electromechanics has given you the necessary expertise to move into a QC engineer role. Ideally, you have initial experience. Even more important than knowledge and experience, however, is an interest in quality systems.  An ambitious, driven school leaver with a critical, analytical mind can certainly convince us too! A good knowledge of Dutch and English ensures that you can communicate with the necessary stakeholders.

Our offer

What you can expect from us:

  • We will gladly discuss the salary personally. You can anticipate the following benefits: meal vouchers of 8 euros per day worked, eco vouchers of 250 euros per year, and hospitalisation insurance with the possibility of including your family.
  • From Monday to Thursday, you will work a fixed schedule from 08.00-12.00 and 13.00-17.15. On Fridays, the working day ends as early as 15.00. The weekend always starts extra early!
  • You will work a 39-hour week, which entitles you to 6 paid compensation days in addition to 20 paid days off and ten public holidays.
  • You get the flexibility to take your accumulated compensation in separate hours. In addition, we do not impose collective leave. You can plan your days off, in consultation with colleagues and manager, according to your needs.
  • The health of our employees is important. We focus on this with a bicycle lease plan, free fruit, etc.
  • We are committed to training you internally to become a true expert. Among other things, you will get to know our internal software programme, the various machines and components, etc. Together with the R&D engineer, you have your own workspace with all the equipment you need to carry out tests.
  • We like to connect and celebrate successes together. You can count on fun events such as an annual family day or teambuildings.
